Real Madrid Goalkeeper Courtois Suffers Injury With Belgium

By Daily sports on October 9, 2020

Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has suffered an injury while with Belgium.

Courtois will return to Madrid after being declared unfit by the Belgium team's medical services, which tonight faces a friendly match against Ivory Coast.

“Thibaut Courtois will leave the squad after his medical examination. He is not fit to play,” the Belgian Federation declared on its Twitter account.

Courtois is feeling some discomfort in the pelvic area and it was decided not to take chances and allow him to return to Madrid.

There’s a confidence the injury isn’t serious. (Tribal Football)
