The role of chief commercial officer was created when FIFA was restructured after being implicated in corruption scandals.
Le Floc’h served UEFA marketing director until 2010, working under Gianni Infantino, now the FIFA president.
FIFA said Le Floc’h has experience with a number of marketing agencies “where he developed strategies and then delivered them.” (NAN)
